At Sunglass Hut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and include all packaging, such as cases and cleaning cloths.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to generate a prepaid shipping label or find your nearest store location.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your sunglasses securely in their original case and packaging, ensuring the box is taped shut to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location, or simply bring the items and your receipt to any Sunglass Hut store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
